Unfortunately I bought into the IG influence and gave them a try. They confirmed I was covered under my insurance (I ended up not and had to pay out of pocket) but after three visits I still didn't have closure on getting HRT. I repeatedly was asked to upload old paperwork, went to have bloodwork and they didn't order all the tests I needed. I then was told I had to see a different person in their network if I wanted testosterone. Complete waste of time and $220. Unless they can get their systems together, it's easier to just go to a local provider.

I have been on a health journey for almost 2 years. I found a general practitioner that helped me make significant health gains but I continued to struggle with hot flashes and extreme bouts of agitation and anger. I got to a point that I didn’t feel like myself. One day I was on TikTok and MIDI was being discussed by a creator I follow. I immediately went to the creator’s bio and found the link to sign up. The process was simple and the practitioner I met with was so kind and thorough. I am starting on HRT and am excited to start feeling like myself again.

I had a great appointment and felt my provider was knowledgeable and compassionate. The tech was glitchy - I couldn't get my Mac camera to recognize the zoom link - but when I switched to my phone it worked.

I have unfortunately had to go back and forth with the practitioner several times to get the correct lab orders placed. We discussed the orders she would place during the visit; she did not place all of them, so I followed up via message in the portal. She then said she would place the additional orders and missed one of them. I have discontinued my supplements in order to prepare for testing and am just realizing this the evening before. I would not recommend this clinic.

I had my first visit back in October and was prescribed a hormone. It is an out of pocket service (meaning no insurance) which is okay, and I was aware. They charge you for the initial consult (30 mins) and follow ups (15 min). I have both (initial + follow up). Everything has been fine since then. I don't need to change dosage and there is nothing wrong. That said, my prescription refill ended and I was told I need to schedule a follow up to get it refilled! To clarify, I need a follow up with nothing to follow up, so I pay $150 for the follow up to get a prescription filled. That seems excessive and absurd. The service is okay. If I had any major issues, I would not recommend, But for simple calibration, it works. The initial consult is 30 mins and there is not much they can do with that time. They won't go over the time limit and will cut you mid-sentence if needed. I told my NP that I have a follow up in the books, but I had nothing to follow up on. And I said if she couldn't prescribe without one I would need to ask someone else. She told me to ask my GP. There you go. Bye Bye Midi.

I found Midi a very easy platform to work through. The telehealth appointment was easy to access. The practitioner clearly explained how visit would work and what we should focus on. I felt like she really listened to my concerns. We developed a plan going forward - I felt we worked together to get an agreeable outcome. I felt seen and heard - very important as a patient.

I had my first Menopause appointment today and it was a great experience! My provider was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and also was happy that I had done a lot of research prior to my appointment so that I could properly advocate for my needs. It was nice to have a provider treat my visit as a collaboration. The whole process was easy and I feel like I got my money's worth (cash pay) with the visit. Thank you for making this so easy to get started with HRT. I look forward to working with my clinician again during my follow-ups!

Women must make up half of the population, right? Thank you, MIDI, for recognizing we deserve equitable care. Still in process on the estrogen patch, but naming the problem and having someone validate my experience was already worth it.
