Wow to find someone who steps off the role of doctor and shows empathy, compassion, and their real self when treating has to be a prayer answered and a blessing from God. This place is lurking in your algorithm just waiting to bite you when you’re at your lowest. Promising it takes your insurance when you make the appointment then right before the appointment conveniently sends you an email stating your insurance IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED. They dont send it via Text where they’ve sent everything else including the reminder of your appointment beginning soon. You take the 10 minute call with zero VIDEO to even verify your talking to an actual NP then they charge you $250 because your insurance actually won’t cover it. DO NOT TRUST. Check your spam and every email they send before taking appointment. They did absolutely nothing in that 10 min appointment to deserve $250. Health scammers are the WORST!

52yo perimenopausal female. For 3 years I had to beg, and cry, and fight for hormone replacement therapy care from multiple uneducated and ill-informed doctors. I found Midi, and it is the highest quality health care I have ever known. Midi gave me my life back. They have menopause and HRT specialists who understand the multitude of symptoms we endure. They don't decide for me, instead, they guide me through the care options. The caregivers stayed in touch while we dialed in the correct hormone levels for my body. I have been struggling to find answers to all of the issues that go along with perimenopause for close to two years. When I have spoken with my OBGYN, it has just been answers like, "Well, you're almost 50" and "I don't know what to tell you," so I was skeptical that I would ever find anyone to help.
