Have had an issue with an incorrect…
Have had an issue with an incorrect filing of payroll taxes that no one seems to be able to resolve which has caused penalties and repeated attempts to try to get Homebase to correct by filing an amendment to correct their error in filing. Has been going on for several months now with no success. Someone will say they will take care of it and a month later they will forget they were supposed to do what they said they would and it’s like they don’t keep accurate records or just can’t refer back to them whenever we call back to try to resolve.

Customer service agent was so clear and friendly and was able to solve my problem very quickly. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

Outstanding support and customer service
Gael was super helpful in resolving a fairly complicated issue I had. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and went above and beyond in making sure that I understood everything before the call ended. So many companies use AI bots for customer service which is frustrating. It was so refreshing to speak to a live person and have such a great customer service experience!

I was so stressed out when my pos was…
I was so stressed out when my pos was not connected to homebase. Then the computer gods connected me to courtney. She walked me through everything. Made sure everything on the back end was working and connected. She is 20 out of 10 stars. Thank you home base for making life easy. Our ice cream shop will never switch... .

I signed up yesterday
07-07-2026: Received a call and email from a Customer Service Rep. on 06-25-2026. I explained in my return email that I was able to get in where I needed to be on my access. Appreciated the follow-up, but it wasn't exactly timely (3 days after I left a bad review, which I don't like doing.) 06-23-2026: I was able to have Homebase's AI Help Desk guide me to what needed to be done. Took several different questions to get to the problem-solving stage, where I needed to be but was able to do so. Then I was able to work through the issues that were causing the problem. 06-22-2026: I signed up yesterday, paid our annual plan $ and am the Account Owner. I sign in, and it is only allowing me in as a user, not as the Account Owner. I AM NOT able to set up my account!! AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL. NO, Live Chat was available, and I can't talk to a customer service rep.

You want to go with Homebase, even if you don’t know it yet, trust me!
If you need payroll, you need Homebase. EXCELLENT customer service and their chat/help bot is THE BEST I have ever used. Somuch better than our previous company. So glad we switched!
