مكان جدا كويس وموظفون ودودين والخدمه بصرحه عاليه جدا

The agent resolved my issue super quickly and was very friendly!

I needed assistance resetting password. Via the chat, I was set up for customer service to call me in 15 minutes. The call came on time and they resolved my issue in a few minutes. It was very efficient and I appreciated the ease very much.

I find the Homebase platform to be intuitive and robust. When we do need support, the chat bot actually works and I can connect to a live agent in minutes anytime we need extra support. Highly recommend for small business owners.

Yassania provided excellent 5 star service with outstanding customer care professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with!

I’m writing to recognize Lois Calvo for the outstanding support she provided to me and my team on our call this morning. Lois was professional, warm, kind, and incredibly patient. She took the time to listen carefully, answer our questions, and work with us to resolve our issues. Her support made a real difference, and we felt well cared for throughout the call. I’m very pleased with Homebase and grateful for the quality of service your team provides. Please share my thanks with Lois and her managers. She is a valuable member of your team, and I highly recommend recognizing her for her excellent work. Thank you again for such a positive support experience.
