HeardReviews of joinheard.com

I'm new to Heard this year and honestly still assessing their services and team. I can say however that I had a great meeting with Mizanur Rahman yesterday. I had a ton of questions about being an S Corps and he was not only patient and generous with his time, he actually seemed enthused to share information with me. As someone who has a bit of anxiety around my business finances, I was really delighted to work with someone who wants to empower me in this area.

Thanks you Heard for your support

I began this process hopeful then went into having a rough time getting ahold of the people who could help me. After requesting to speak to a manager a few times I was able to and since then the process has improved a lot. I will update once I get all filed for 2022. Update : 10/16/23 Taxes are still not complete.over$3000spent on heard and now I will have to pay tax penalties and late fees. Hours and hours spent meeting with assistants at heard to get this done on time and still not done. A horrific nightmare. Beyond stressful.

So helpful! Everyone at Heard has been incredibly helpful. They speak to me like a human being instead of someone who has zero idea about taxes. I can ask any question and they get back to me quickly. I just really appreciate everyone who is on my "team". I recommend Heard all the time to all of my colleagues.

I am in my first months of private practice, and so much of my anxiety has been put to rest knowing that I have access to experts who can clearly answer all of my questions about taxes and bookkeeping. I appreciate how responsive the Heard team is to my messages, I have never had to wait more than 36 hours for a response. Thank you!

I kept having questions about how to pay myself and Traeton was very patient with me and went a step further and made me a video explaining everything.

Above average customer support is a big deal in this day and age, and Heard Support along with the entire on-boarding team have been so helpful and kind. I was mostly impressed by the level of outreach from sign up through on-boarding, ensuring we are fully equipped with understanding the value of the platform so that we as subscribers may utilize the most out of the membership. In my experience, the team at Heard cares about mental health entrepreneurs and values their time, bringing high value service, so that we can do the therapy work!

The Heard team has been prompt, attentive and communicative. Easy to schedule meetings to talk about additional questions. All aspects of the service have been extremely helpful in my business.
