HeardReviews of joinheard.com

I've had such great customer experience with Heard. Whenever I have a question I get a prompt, detailed answer, and friendly answer. Heard is user friendly and makes it easy to navigate bookkeeping and taxes!

Heard has made running my private practice far more sustainable. They handle all of my bookkeeping and accounting, estimate my quarterly taxes, and remind me when they’re due, so I never have to scramble. What stands out most is how often they add new tools and features. They actually meet my business planning needs, not just the basics. I’ve served on Heard’s customer advisory board for about two years, so I’ve seen firsthand how seriously they take customer feedback. Ideas from clinicians really do shape what they build. If you’re a therapist who’d rather spend your energy on clients than on spreadsheets, I recommend Heard.

Everything the other TERRIBLE reviews report - I have had the same experience, having to hire outside resources, the worst communication from them and there is no ability whatsoever to actually talk with someone who can help. Worst company EVER! They even filed an extension back in March without my permission.

Heard is an incredible service for therapists who need support with both bookkeeping and taxes throughout the year! Their staff are informative, friendly, and attentive with a clear expertise in helping private practice clinicians. If ever there is a challenge, Heard works tirelessly to make sure its clients understand what is happening and feel held every step of the way towards resolution. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Heard has been a great resource for managing the financial side of my practice. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and makes accounting and tax issues much easier to understand. I appreciate having reliable support so I can spend more time focusing on my clients and less time worrying about the business side of things.

I find the communication straightforward and helpful in keeping me in check and not judging or criticizing me for all of the things I am behind on or missed along the way. The tasks are easy to complete and makes everything easier, so I appreciate the nudging and guidance.

Extremely dissatisfied. It looks highly probable I have to hire a separate CPA on top of this service and cannot get a partial refund due to their agreement because they can’t help me with my taxes. I am Completely Lost and backed into a corner. With platform it’s hard to see big picture—feel trapped and don’t know which way to turn. Looks like I may well pay triple for accounting services. One of the worst Business decisions I Have ever made. I do not recommend this service. I Had personal rep and now I cannot seem to contact him. Not sure if he is still with them. I decided to use Heard to make a bad situation better But it has gone from bad to worse.

Game changer for a busy provider. Now I can focus on patient care
