I was a bit hesitant to sign up with HEARD. I must say that my experience so far has outweighed any concerns. There are many companies out there that offer all sorts of solutions to make running a practice easier. With HEARD there are real people behind the scenes to connect with. I'm not one to typically write reviews. However, this is different because I'm genuinely grateful. The financial aspects of starting my solo private practice were daunting (understatement). Getting enrolled with Heard has been my best business decision yet, hands down! The staff managing my books are patient, thorough, and have the hearts of teachers, providing guidance and support along the way. So far, I can't recommend enough. I do have some concerns about upcoming tax season given the other reviews posted but I'm going to stick with it and see how this year goes. It sounds like they have learned a lot these last couple of years so I'm hopeful about punctuality and accuracy in taxes.

Hello, I had a Heard phone consultation with Sabrina on Tuesday November 1, 2023, at 11:30 am. She described the Heard platform and what they could provide as it relates to taxes, accounting etc. for therapist. She also informed me the $275. set-up fee would be waived if I signed up by Friday 11/3/2023. An email was supposed to be provided by her after the call where I could sign up. I never received the email. I called and left her a vmg, still no answer. Today I decided to look at some Heard reviews. The reviews that were positive looked liked Bot responses and not real people. The negative reviews sounded more like real experiences. I'm so happy I never received the email from Sabrina, I'm certain I would've signed up. There seem to be many problems with taxes not being completed in a timely fashion, extensions and horrendous fees associated with that.

Great Service and Support! I have only had the best experience with Heard for almost 2 years now. Whenever I have had questions or inquiries there are prompt responses and explanations. I get to focus on my business with clients and not have to worry about the back end of tax stuff. I appreciate and trust their detailed work and expertise.
