I like this company as it has everything in one place for book keeping and they do my biz taxes and personal. What's difficult is that they do not always share the documents they create for bookkeeping with the tax professionals and that feels redundant. Also it's tough to speak with a professional when we need to as it's done on line in Global timelines not urgently available.

After my original experience with poor communication with my tax preparer, I have been satisfied with communication with HEARD as a whole. Finances confuse me and they help make it clearer.

For those with straight-forward clinical practices and tax situations, Heard is a fine accompaniment. Over time, the software learns your expenses and auto-categorizes them. The bookkeeping aspect has worked very well, and I feel confident that I'm not missing entries. For those looking for more in-depth accounting (or those with complex tax situations), Heard is not set up for this.

This is my second year using Heard and had a much better experience this year. I have more trust in Heard as I see them improving and taking the feedback of the customer, this feels so important as a start-up. I appreciated the communication so much during this tax season and defiantly recommend using Heard for your therapist taxes... they make this process not stressful.

I am a new subscriber and I hope that Heard can meet my needs to organize my finances as a private practice owner and file my taxes accordingly this year. It is refreshing to find an organization that is an expert in helping therapists with their financial organization and tax preparation so I can focus more on helping my clients instead of stressing out about organizing my business finances. I hope that Heard won't disappoint me and other therapists during this mental health crisis our world is facing.
