HeardReviews of joinheard.com

Heard has been and amazing resource. They are prompt in answering questions through their website and available for one on one consultation as needed.

I appreciate the quick response time whenever I reach out with a question. Heard has so many useful resources they share by email which keeps me up to date on the business side of therapy. Overall, I have less stress about the day to day because everything is all in one place.

I had a consultation with David and he was so helpful. I was presented with multiple resources and information on the program. I can see that Heard really cares- there was no pressure. I can confidently say that David (Heard) is looking out for my needs. Thank you!!

It has been an amazing experience working with Heard. I have peace of mind knowing that there is a team that is keeping track of all the finances my private practice. Everyone that I have worked with at Heard have been very knowledgeable, non-judgemental, understanding, and patient. I've been put at ease and every question that I have asked has been answered sufficiently. I love that they have webinars and newsletters to provided more education about the finances and taxes for a business, I also love that they cater to mental health businesses. I am so happy to be part of the Hear community.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have been with this company for two years and tax season has been a nightmare for both 2021 and 2022. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and trusted they would make the changes that they promised after the 2021 tax season. This was a mistake. My 2022 taxes are still not complete. I have communicated and shared with them since the summer that my numbers were wildly inaccurate due to duplicates. My books are still inaccurate and now they are saying that due to technical issues they cannot fix the errors, which is obviously needed for taxes. But to make matters worse, they refuse to give me a phone number so that I can speak to a manager or the lead cpa. The fact that there are no phone numbers listed is done intentionally. This is totally unacceptable and I can’t imagine running a company like this. This company has taken my money monthly but here I am with inaccurate bookkeeping and taxes that are incomplete.

Heard is easy to use and great set up experience also super accurate and helpful!

Very responsive. The bookkeepers and accounts really take the time to answer any question that you have with clarity. It has also helped me budget my private practice!

I was very anxious about talking to Heard a company that supports mental health providers that I asked my husband to sit in on my zoom meeting with Heard. The Heard representative was very patience with me and reviewed all the steps for keeping track of my billing, bookkeeping, quarterly taxes and how Heard can assist me with my end of year taxes. The Heard representative asked me if I would like another meeting just to make sure we cover all of my concerns which I said, yes! Now that is service.
