Nurse Practitioner Josh was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions related to transitioning from Eli Lilly's Zepbound to Embody. He helped me understand the dosing conversion and informed me how the process to increase dosages is determined. I felt much more knowledgeable comfortable after speaking with him.

I was on Trizepitide from another provider at the highest permitted dose of 15mg. I made it very clear to Embody when I first reached out that I wanted to on board at the same-high dosage. I was approved and received my first shipment two weeks after payment was accepted. Unfortunately I came to find out that the maximum dosage that Embody can offer (based on their contract with pharmacies) is 11.1125. There was other misinformation provided both on my calls and emails with Embody. So while their pricing is good what they actually provide in the communication they have is AWFUL, TERRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE. Unfortunately, they have my money for a three month supply so I’m stuck dealing with them and getting a lower than expected or promised dosage. I strongly suggest staying away from this provider.
