My experience with embody I ordered my medication. Let’s say going on a month still have yet to receive it. I paid for three month supply. I’ll call them on several occasions to find out what’s going on because they do not communicate. Well I tried getting my money back move into another company they told me they don’t get refunds. I spoke with several people regarding my medication. They all say the same thing. It’s on his way here we and our third fourth week and still no medication if you don’t wanna be disappointed, don’t use this company.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. After over a month of not receiving my medication and given little response from customer service, I requested a refund. Denied due to a no refund policy despite the fact that I received zero medication, and no where near the customer service one would expect for any service let alone such a personal one. I absolutely would not recommend.

Shipped my medicine to a vacant house two weeks after I gave them my new address. When I called to complain about them committing fraud which they did by charging me and refusing to replace the shipment or give me a refund. Then they canceled my subscription so now I’m really sh!t out of luck.

I placed an order it took forever. So I called and canceled because I thought it was a scam. I received the order. And I called back and paid for the order again, I get a message 5 weeks later saying my order has been canceled. I called, I sent them a screenshot of the cancelation and the payment I made again and they're telling me they didn't get the payment. But they're seeing the cancelation, they're seeing me being reimbursed and they see where it was paid again , and they're telling me it wasn't paid embody is trash wouldn't recommend at all and my credit card company said it was paid.They received the payment so I got the 1st month.But the second two months i'm out , it's okay , they don't have to worry about my money again ohh , and they said , I have a balance due like hell I do

Been a customer 3 months. 1st month medicine was delivered on time. 2nd month medicine was 2weeks late after first batch arrived warm I has to send it back. My medicine was supposed to be delivered October 6th. I am still waiting foe my medicine was supposed. I have made 3 or 4 calls to customer service and at least 8 to 10 emails and no answer when I can except my medicine. They have horrible customer service. My advise stay away from this company.

Embody has the worst customer service ever. My first order I paid and I receiver the order four days later. My second order they billed my card September 24, 2026 a Thursday I was due to take my shot the following Monday when I didn’t receive it I reached out to Embody and they inform me of a delay. On the 29th of September I reached an actual person. I informed her I was going out of the country and if my deliver date would not be by the 5th of October would they just delay until the 11th of October my return date. She informed me on that date my order had not shipped. I would think it’s more than fair to think an order that was paid for on September 24th I would have by October 5th. Anyway when returned on the 11th of October the package had been delivered. I called Embody on Monday October 12th I was informed the meds hadn’t been refrigerated for over 72 hours and that I shouldn’t use it and that it would be replaced. That didn’t happen. I reached out again I assumed it was AI chat which informed me my order was generated on the 5th and was unable to be stopped. So I have to take the loss of $129.00 usc I am certain this company will do the same to any other prospective customers. I didn’t choose the refill date Embody did not to have medication delivered for two plus weeks later is unacceptable. Also if you inform the company on the portal and you speak with an actual customer service representative explain my situation and a week after they ship the medication what should one do? Needless to say I am contacting my bank to dispute the charge and canceling my subscription. Deborah Palmer-Long

Never could get a consistent answer from customer service, the meds were frequently delayed and/or their portal was down. Too much trouble to follow and understand their processes. The meds were okay, but too much drama to just get refills on time. They consistently took $129 out every 28 days, but the rest was a mess.

The principals of this company are an absolute joke. I went with them because their reviews were so decent and now I wish I hadn’t! $200 later I have nothing but frustration to show for it. I ordered a compounded terzepitide and it sat in the pharmacy for 13 days. I called after 7 and was told it was normal for the initial shipment and it would process that day. 5 days later I call to cancel because they charge you immediately and I clicked to read about adding an NAD to my order. It charged me for clicking the item and I called immediately to cancel it all at that point, where I was informed they don’t refund you. You just have to wait for the medication. I was told I’d be refunded for the NAD as it wasn’t something I added to cart it literally just added it to my order that was in pharmacy still at 12 days in. I’ve never been refunded and I’m told today I won’t be. The product I did receive didn’t work at all as my previous tirzepitide did. I think this company and its product is trash
