Frequent updates and check ins. In this time of being bombarded with offers and products, it can be hard to trust any thing online right now. I’m putting my trust and money into Em. I feel I understand how the medication works yet there’s still so much negative information out there.

Good experience so far. I made my telehealth appt and met with someone who went over my meds and what I’m looking for and need. She was informative and helpful. Took a week for the final approval/order/ shipment. I was told 2 to 3 days for shipment. I think there’s just a bit of delay due to summer deals going on. I had a minor issue needing a letter from my doctor. Chat and email are good options when needing to talk to someone but there a customer service line works too. I haven’t seen much change yet but I’m only 3 weeks in. I was off my other glp1 for 5 months.

I ordered this and then found out it had other ingredients that I’m allergic to, I called within 2 hours of placing my order, it wasn’t even processed yet, they refused to refund me and I explained that the synthetic B12 they put in the tirzepitide gives me an extreme all over body rash. They told me no refunds and to discard the bottle when I get it, so I’m out $150.00 The Tirzpepitide came today and it is the brightest red color ever. It should be clear like water. This is not good.. Mot a good company and horrible customer service. They are a big scam. Do not buy!
