Just getting started. Had questions for provider, which they answered very well

No body ever called me back. Horrible customer service. I made an appt with their RN about my dosage. Totally ignored. I would strongly recommend using another service! You can get the same price with another competitor.

The provider was very understanding and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail. She was easy to understand. And, she was very professional.

Only downfall with my experience so far is it took a month to get an appointment. First appt was scheduled with a provider outside of my state and then had to wait weeks for another appointment. Support is not the greatest kept telling me to go to open loop to schedule and open loop was not working. Support would call me at 3AM in the morning, I would miss it due to sleeping and then have to start the process all over again. I set this up in July and just now got had my initial appointment. I am hopefully it goes smoother.

I had to come on here and review because the negative reviews almost scared me into canceling my order. Glad I didn’t cancel. I signed up on 8/24/26 and that same day had my nausea pills delivered to my pharmacy. Then on 8/25 was notified of my FedEx shipping of my first round of Tirzepatide will be delivered on 8/27 with proof of shipping/tracking! Fast service and I am excited to start my first round! As for how well it works, I will keep this review updated as I go. I think they were just overwhelmed maybe in the beginning with the mass orders? Not sure, but my experience so far is wonderful. Will keep updating as my treatment progresses! Update 8/27 starting weight is 176lb and I’m 5’3”. My goal is 125lbs! First vile arrived today, only 3 days after placing my order! Medicine was very cold with an ice pack and styrofoam box. Will keep updating as the months progress with my weight loss journey.
