My experience with my care coach is always positive and uplifting. Natasha keeps me focused on the goals that have created. I understand the importance of consistency and not moving to different goals until I accomplish what I set out to do she’s also taught me to give myself grace when I fail.

Keeping their word on what they promised. I am not a paid model. As I read in some of their comments. I did get my med late but after it has been great. I hope it turns around for the bad experience some have had . Have a great day.

Jayvee was terrific

Horrible! Worst customer service ever. My RX took 3 weeks to receive, I had my med appt the day after medication received. She gave me a different dosage and advised to start at the dose she prescribed. I caked 11 times to try to get enough medication for the 1st full month due to the Dr's RX and advise. I have now caked 12 times and not received a call from the escalation team which is always wrong and NOT A RESOLUTION. I have not received enough medication to finish my first month and I have a payment due in 3 days!

Mel has been very helpful with getting me any and all of my questions answered. I appreciate how easily and quickly I can get a response, not to mention the friendliness and supportive responses. It’s all been very reassuring that assistance is just a click away.
