Shipping is taking for ever. I'm really disappointed I'm with this company the filling process is garbage. Taking way too long and im out of medication. If I lost any weight I have gained it but waiting so long for it to be filled and shipped. Ridiculous this company is a joke

I am very happy with the way the company schedules provider visits, being on time, answering my questions and more.

I was initially declined, but after consultation with the provider I was felt to be appropriate and approved. I appreciate the time and scrutiny given, it shows this is a reputable company.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had the absolute worst customer service. I was told 3 separate stories on my second order. Started off paying for my order as I should then they proceeded to not send the order to the pharmacy until 3 business days later. But before that they said it was ready to go the pharmacy. Then after 10 business days, I finally had enough and called. Then I was told it had just got to the pharmacy the day before I called. So that would have made it 8 days after I paid. They can’t get their stories straight. They are just a terrible company

Everything as expected

Don’t go with this company. I ordered Glutathione, NAD and Semulin from them under a Labor Day promo on 9/1. As of 9/9, it still stated through the portal ‘Pending Medical Review.’ Nowhere does it state or have I ever received a notice that said I need to call them afterwards to book an appt with someone. They don’t call you to book an appt. You have to do it on your own. Crap support and no info. They sure do take your money though. No problem doing that. This company takes forever and for the lack of support and info, this company can suck it. Only got this info after I called to find out what was taking so long for medical review. Mind you, I called these yahoos last week to find out. The guy said to be patient because of the high volume of orders they received with the promo. Fishy as $hit. To heck with these people. Update: still waiting as of 9/11. Almost two weeks and all I’ve gotten is a lousy reply below. How about someone from Embody call or reach out. This company is scum. Look at all the 5 star one liner reviews with one review under their belt. This company clearly pays people for 5 star reviews. Otherwise they’re organically a one star company.

They responding quickly to my concerns

Update: after my original review I was asked to contact customer service to review my account and a possible refund. I called and of course got nowhere. The rep just said they would escalate my problem to the support team to see if I was eligible for a refund. 30 minutes later I received an email from the “customer service” followed by a phone call. The “rep” told me he was going to issue me a refund and then proceeded to have me download an app. He had me set up an account with a password he provided and tried to get me to enter my debit card info. He said he had to “verify” my account for the refund. Of course I hung up and called the actual customer service number back and let them know what had happened. The rep told me he was looking at my notes and no one from their team reached out. When I questioned how the scammer knew my email, phone number and that I had just filed a complaint and was waiting on a call he said “I don’t know what to tell you” Once again SCAM COMPANY! STAY AWAY! I’ve disputed the charge with my bank, filed a complaint with the BBB and am in the process of leaving reviews everywhere possible!
