So I was provided a sample of Zepbound from my Dr. it was amazing. It took all food noise away. After that first month price was crazy high. Tried Tirzepatide from Embody and nothing! Tirzepatide is suppose to just be the generic of Zepbound, but this was not even close. I even upped the dose to what it said to take. I know it was not in my head because I had no problem with bowel movements on this drug and it is suppose to slow that down: I feel like this place is a scam. If you wanna inject and get placebo affect, you might like. .

Things have been made easy because I can do this from home and I don't have to drive . And it seems to be working

I want to thank Abegaile for her quick assistance with getting my order straightened out. This is the second time I've had to ask for her assistance with my order not being sent. This time it is for the NAD+ I ordered. She was amazing as both time I was overwhelmed with frustration. When you make an expensive order you want the order sent as quickly as possible and then when it gets held up for a week and the regular customer service line can give you an answer other than they are escalating and it still is not sent you get frustrated. Abegaile finds out what is going on and gets it straightened out and follows up with answers.

Initial prescription was fine. They charge for a “3 month subscription” shortly after I signed up so my card is being charged, but getting a refill has been a NIGHTMARE. Took a week for the dr to approve and then now it’s been 5 days since the order was created and my meds are nowhere to be found. Customer service gives you the runaround and no helpful answers. Totally frustrating. It’s worth paying a bit more somewhere else for a smoother experience.
