I have had nothing but issues since signed up for Embody. I waiting 16 days with no medication after paying in July and now my prescription hasn’t moved since 8/30 after paying for it & watching it sit at the pharmacy. I’ve reached out every day since then with zero satisfaction. I’m still waiting & getting nothing but lies & different answers from everyone I speak to on a daily basis.

They took my payment immediately when I applied for the medicine. They then sent me an email giving me dates and times to choose from to virtually talk to there medical staff. They asked that I show them my last dosage bottle or prescription with my name and dosage and who I purchased from etc... They gave me 2 time slots to choose from to meet with the medical staff, which I could not fulfill because of my work schedule and also I always discard my medication bottles and prescription sent with the me I dispose them after use. I have no reason to keep it. I called to cancel my order and get refund and they said they did not give refunds. It does not state anywhere on their website that you have to do a virtual interview and show your most recent prescription or I would have not purchased from them. They are a scam and please do not buy from them and tell everyone you know. I had found them on Facebook so you can block them of keep scrolling.
