why absolutely no response from embody
I signed up and received my first delivery around 07/30. I completed my refill form successfully around 27 August. I did not hear anything about a delivery nor was I charged. I sent an email - which was ignored. I looked further on my portal and it indicated by my subscription was cancelled on 07/31. I have no idea why - I was never notified of this cancelation. Further emails were sent pleading for help to no avail -- I never received any response. ....ever

We’re sorry to hear about the lack of communication regarding your refill and subscription. We understand how frustrating it must have been to complete the refill process, receive no delivery or billing information, and then discover through the portal that your subscription had been canceled without explanation. We apologize that you were left without answers or clear information about what happened with your account.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account and the cancellation history to understand why the subscription was canceled and why your previous inquiries were not addressed.

Do not use if you value your health
I signed up with embody on July 25, 2026 for GLP1 and a couple of other medication’s. Two of them I did on a quarterly basis because I had used them before and wanted to continue and they were lower in price a third one I tried so I did it on a monthly subscription basis to see if I liked it. The very next month they only shipped two of the three medication’s. When I called them to tell them that they had not shipped one of the medication‘s, they escalated the issue after three days. I still have not heard back so I called them and said I would like the subscription canceled and the non-delivered premium refunded. They said they could not do that because of the ongoing escalation when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said Wen was not available.
Do yourself a favor go with a more reputable vendor and pay a couple extra dollars more you should not have to track whether your pharmacy ships your medication or not that should be handled with utmost urgency which it is not with this organization. What if this had been heart medication?
DO NOT USE THIS TELEHEALTH ORGANIZATION!!!

We’re sorry to hear about the delays and frustration you experienced, particularly after one of your medications was not shipped and your escalation did not receive a timely response. We understand why you were concerned about being charged for medication that you did not receive and why you expected the cancellation and refund request to be handled promptly.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account and the unresolved shipment, cancellation, and refund request so we can better understand what happened and work toward a resolution.

I switched from another GLP-1 provider…
I switched from another GLP-1 provider to Embody because they are a larger company and their pricing was very competitive. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
I provided documentation showing that I had been taking 15 mg/week of compounded tirzepatide, a dose I had been stable on for quite some time. After I had already been charged and approved, Embody reduced my dose to 11.25 mg/week. I specifically discussed this with the provider and explained that 15 mg was working well for me, but she insisted on the lower dose.
My biggest issue is transparency. If Embody has a policy or practice of limiting patients to 11.25 mg/week, that should be clearly disclosed during the intake process and BEFORE a patient is charged. Had I known that, I would not have switched providers.
For my second month, I again requested my previous 15 mg dose and explained that I had begun gaining weight on 11.25 mg. Despite that, they sent me another month of 11.25 mg.
As a pharmacist, I find this particularly frustrating. Tirzepatide dosing goes up to 15 mg weekly, and I was already established on that dose. I was not given a convincing clinical explanation for reducing it. The experience has left me questioning whether the dosing limitation is driven more by cost considerations than by individualized patient care.
Competitive pricing initially attracted me to Embody, but patients should be made aware of any dosing limitations before paying and switching providers.
UPDATE: I am now trying to resolve the incorrect second-month dose that was sent to me, and unfortunately I am getting nowhere. Rather than addressing the issue, customer service continues to direct me toward scheduling yet another appointment with a physician or nurse practitioner. At this point, I feel as though I am simply being sent in circles instead of having the problem resolved. Given my experience over the first two months, I no longer wish to continue with Embody. I have asked to discontinue my contract and be refunded for the third month rather than go through another round of appointments to correct an issue I have already raised multiple times.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience after switching providers has been disappointing. We understand your concern about receiving a different dosage than the one you had been taking and had specifically requested, particularly after providing documentation of your previous treatment.
Regarding your request to discontinue and receive a refund for the third month, we understand why you would want that resolved without going through another round of appointments. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account, prescribing history, and previous communications to better understand what happened and determine what options may be available.
