I have not gotten my product and I tried to cancel and they won’t refund my money. I was told they don’t refund your money. I am sure I would not have made a purchase if I had known that. How can they not refund your money when you have never received the product. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. Update as of Monday September 28. I was contacted by someone at Embody and we discussed the situation. She said she would follow up with me to on Friday September 25 as of September 28 at 3:53 PM I have not heard from her. The number call her back on doesn’t even ring like a real phone number now. I will update when I hear anything.

This appointment went well but I had to wait 3.5 weeks to get it.

Great fast and to the point

Informative and answered questions presented. Respectful and easy to talk to.

I feel my provider was listening to me and also helping me understand what changes I had to make and what needed to be done before going on my next dose. I feel confident that we will get this all straightened out and I will start my next dose soon.

Customer service was lacking and non-existent. If you have a question, you either emailed or called and then you had to wait for a reply. It was a month before they finally got around to responding to my first question. Each time I called, the agent said they were escalating my issue and I would get a response in 24-48 hours. All lies. And then when it was time for a refill, you fill out the refill form after you take your third dose for the month. That week ends and you take your fourth dose. That week is ending and you don't hear anything from them. Emailing is useless. I called and was told my issue would be escalated and to keep in mind, once the medication ships, it can be five to seven days before it arrives. I'm already screwed on my dosing schedule. I was so frustrated that I canceled my subscription. Canceling was quick and they refunded my money on the spot. That's probably the only thing I was happy with.

The provider never got on the call. I havent even received the order yet.

The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the process. I like the fact that there will be a follow up email with instructions.
