Hook you and then hang you out to dry
First month they were great, got my meds in just a few days and it was well packaged and cold. When it was time to renew my prescription, the “doctor” kept me on the same dosage even though I indicated I was still having food cravings and felt like I needed to increase my dose. I asked to talk to a nurse and weeks later never got a response. They billed me and it took about 3 weeks with DAILY hounding to get my medication for the second month. They kept saying they’d “escalate my case” and that I’d get a call back, but it never happened. They flat out refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager, and not a single email I sent was answered. When I finally got my meds over 3 weeks later (I had run out by that point) it came room temp, and the packaging was awful (literally came in a metal water bottle-like container with two tiny capsule-like “ice packs” that were completely thawed). I asked for a refund since the medication is not good if it’s room temp and I’m sure I’ll never see it. Please heed the bad reviews and think twice about using this company.

Hi Tracey, we’re very sorry this experience changed so drastically after a positive first month. Waiting weeks for your medication, not receiving responses to your requests, and being told repeatedly that your case would be escalated without meaningful follow-up is understandably frustrating. We’re also concerned to hear about your experience with the shipment and packaging. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns. - Embody Team
