I was pleased with my providers explanation of my meds.

Everyone is supportive and kind!

My representative Edward is top notch. He ALWAYS replies to me quickly, follows through, and has helped solve issues / confusion. (I’m new to embody and there have been some glitches). I have had many interactions with on different dates for the last 1.5 months. He also speaks perfect North American English.

Embody is a scam the ask you if you wanna go up on the dosage I am at a 12 1/2 ML dosage and when the physician calls me, he tells me that the highest that they have is 11 1/2 and there is nothing he can do about increasing my dosage and which is the only reason why I came to EM body because my current company which I was very happy with did not exceed 12.5 with them they ask you if you wanna exceed 15 come to find out they do not go past 11.5 and they do not want to give you any refund after they charge your credit card knowing that they cannot provide the dosage that you’re looking for stay away from this company

My medication is not shipping. I have been waiting for 14 days and is not shipped yet. I cannot get through on the telephone and there is nothing I can do online. They just tell me they are putting in a ticket. Do not get your medications here. Update: they reached out to you just to say they will look into it with no result and no updates. I got them to admit I deserve a refund but I have yet to receive it or any medication.
