I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before signing up with this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating. I was charged for services and doses that I did not receive, and the charges continued despite the ongoing issues. After ultimately deciding to cancel, I requested refunds for charges associated with treatment I had not received, and I have had significant difficulty getting my money returned. The customer service experience has been equally disappointing. I repeatedly received conflicting information, it seemed as though no one was on the same page regarding my account, and each time I thought an issue had been resolved, I was presented with another requirement or problem. The patient portal was also not helpful in resolving these concerns. I truly wish I had read more customer reviews before enrolling. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to thoroughly research their options, understand the billing and refund policies, and read other patients’ experiences before providing payment information. I ultimately regret choosing this provider and would not use their services again.
