Great caring service.

Still no solution I’ve been going back-and-forth with them. I just want my money back. They make it difficult for you to get your money back. They told me that my order was at the physician being filled I later found out who the company is there provider for filling their prescriptions they said they don’t have my order. It is really frustrating because even the person filling the prescription. The company doesn’t even have any knowledge of my order I just want my money back. It took them less than 10 seconds to get it out of my checking account but now it’s taking them more than 15 days to just reply and at this point, I am going to count it as a fraud file with bank because I don’t think they’re gonna refund my money !!!!! Beware beware beware this is a shady and if anybody sees this message, just report them to the FTC!!!!!!

Cyrell, my personal assistant for Embody, was quite responsive and quick with the knowledge and information I needed. My issue has been fully addressed and resolved. If I ever need anything in the future, I will not hesitate to reach back out to her. Thanks Cy!

Getting to the provider phone call was a little tough. It had to be rescheduled a couple of times. But it finally happened! When I got to speak to a provider, that is what made the wait worth it. The provider was well informed, had good questions, and offered ways to keep myself healthy along my journey. It was worth the phone call tag.
