It took almost 3 weeks to resolve my problem. That’s assuming that they are in that I spoke to today is able to have the remainder of my medication shipped to me promptly. Three weeks is almost a full dosage cycle. Well I appreciate those that attempted to help me, I feel like there was a breakdown in the system. There must be a way to resolve client’s issues, more expeditiously..

I only rated Miguel for the 5 star. He was the only person who really was concerned and resolved my issue and concerns. He deserves a raise!!! As far as the rest i give a 1 star

Complete scam. Paid for my medication order 23 days ago, actually requested the refill 9 days ago. No update on my order. Still processing. Any time I can actually reach a human (which is difficult), they say there’s a delay at the pharmacy, with no specifics on how they’re going to help me get the medication. I’ve now missed my latest dose and will almost certainly miss the next one. So my next payment is coming up in 7 days and I still haven’t received the medication I paid for in the last cycle? Beyond frustrating.
