Honestly the poorest team support there is. I tried a to call them twice because I wanted my supply of 2 month since I’ll be out of county, I asked for a supervisor Twice nobody ever called me back! PLUS my order (it’s been 3 months ) is late almost a week?!!!! , with this medication it should arrive always on time !!! Paid over 700$ for 6 months supply . Wtf

Not at all off to a good start. The initial sign up went ok, although it took five days for the first order to ship. The second month, it took seven days for it to ship. Now, the third month, I sent in my refill request on the 18th. I didn't hear another word. Today, I chatted with the agent who mysteriously did something and I suddenly got a text that my medication was being processed and should ship by the 29th. I'm out of medication and my next dose is due on the 27th!! She said there was "an issue on their end", but couldn't do anything about it apparently. In other words, the order wasn't even sent to the pharmacy until today, a week after the refill request. Keep in mind that you can't even request a refill until after your third dose of the month. So I will definitely miss this week's dose and probably next week's also. Don't count on this company for reliability. I will be looking for a different company.

My experience with embody has been very positive Was able to talk to a registered nurse about my dosage and she answered all my questions that ease my mind. I feel very confident about this program. Definitely recommend.

Person I talk to you on the phone was very helpful and made an appointment for me as I was having trouble doing it online. The online appointment making isn’t the best! He scheduled me a video phone call within the hour! I am quite happy with both my first phone contact as well as the video call.

If could give 0 stars I would, do NOT buy from this company. Such a scam!!!!! Will not grant me a refund when I asked, takes your money and could care less about you. I never got my medication. Awful awful company!!!! just wasted $130 of my hard-earned money. They do not care at ALL. I have now read many reviews on them and wish I did before purchasing.. all their responses are the same. I will be reporting them. Just wanted a refund.

I signed up for the year, in order to get the discount, on September 11, 2026. They advertise no membership fee… but I was changed $119.88 for a membership and the year in advance for the Tirzepatide. I sent a chat shortly after the order to cancel and ask for a refund but was told they have a “NO REFUND Policy”, which if I had known I would not have signed up for the year. Sent another chat on 9/17/2026 RX still not sent out. I asked about a refund again they put in a ticket for a refund and escalated it to a supervisor that, nothing. Called today, 9/25/2026 and found out the ticket was closed without notifying me!!! The RX was finally shipped on the 24th. All I get is a run around on why it took so long and why the ticket was closed. Asked to speak to someone that could help with the refund, Surprise! Surprise! Can’t transfer me… but they will call me! Guess we will see. Very disappointed is putting it mildly!!!
