She called right at appointment time, and was kind and helpful.

This company is a fraud. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my medication which auto renewed. I had to call 3x just get the medication sent off, and which was already a week after it was supposed to be sent. I have called, chatted, emailed multiple representatives who have said they will have a supervisor call me back within 24-48 hours, and no one has. When I follow up again, it is the same thing. I have asked for a refund, and told that’s not possible. I have asked for a credit, they promised me a $50 credit, which was never applied to my account. This company not only lies about timelines, but they do not take accountability for what their representatives say even when it is part of a script. Their website portal says call and we will give you a solution for missed dosage, and yet no one has anything to say except a manager will call in 24-48 hours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FRAUD.

The Doctor acknowledged the mix up with my two previous scheduled appointments. She explained my plan clearly, listen and answered all my questions. My prescription was promptly sent to pharmacy and I received it the next day. I am very relieved to now have my plan approved and on schedule.

I needed provider to explain new dosing instructions. I sent email & received timely response asking for my availability (days & hours). I emailed my availability response & received email back with a telephone appointment slot for next day. The nurse practitioner called me timely as scheduled. She listened to my history & explained the new dosage plan. My 2nd Month with Embody & all going smoothly.
