Total scammers. I received my first month. For my second month, they kept telling me it was "slightly delayed". I cancelled but continued to request the second month which I'D ALREADY PAID for. They kept saying, Sorry, it's coming. They waited until my cancellation was effective, and then said OH we have your medicine, but you have to reactivate your membership to get it. DO NOT TRUST THEM, they are thieves and liars.

Ordered on 9/17. Have since received 9 emails that there is a slight delay in my order. I am now overdue for a dose. Have reached out to Embody several times this week. I will say, they are great at responding, and responding fast. However, the first time I was told their standard shipping is 3-5 days. Then told 5-7 days. Then told 7-10 days. Then told it's the busiest time of the year. Asked for a refund and was denied. The friend who recommended them to me called and said he's been waiting weeks for his shipment and is now way overdue on doses. Use at your own risk. I canceled my subscription and am going to attempt to dispute the charge on my credit card. **UPDATE** My bank conducted an investigation and refunded my money. I can now leave this company in the rearview mirror.

I have been charged twice and never received any service. When I signed up I was told they would contact me about setting up an appointment. That never happened so I reached out to them and they set up the appointment. The appointment was missed by the "doctor" so I had to speak to customer service who rescheduled my appointment for me. Before my next appointment I was charged for my 2nd month of service when I had still yet to receive any service. I spoke to customer service and they "credited it back to my account but could not refund". I accepted that and made them confirm that I would to be charged again until a month after I had received my medicine. My rescheduled appointment was missed again. I have requested a full refund of both payments and have been told they could not do that and escalated to a "supervisor".

I’m really frustrated with how long it’s taking to get my medication. I’ve been waiting since September 15, and my next dose is due today. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of timely resolution makes it difficult to plan and stay on schedule with treatment. I’d appreciate clearer communication and a reliable timeline for when medication will be delivered. My very first month was delayed .. I decided yo pay early for the next month and it’s still delayed .. delayed so much that now im missing my dosage.

I would actually have given no stars to this company. I have been doing Telehealth care for over a year for GLP 1, they are highly rated on medical sites. I should have known that the care I would receive was going to be subpar when my first month they just shipped me the lowest dose no meeting with a clinician until my second month. I was immediately dropped to the lowest dose of my medication so I would again have to spend the next 4 months getting back to the dose I was on prior this program. My first shipment was delayed, and came warm. Customer service told me it was still safe to take even though there are strict guidelines this is supposed to be kept cold. The second month I met with a clinician , and was told the current med had to be changed as the pharmacy was out. So the compounded drug I had been taking wasn't available. I changed it. I am now waiting for my meds to be sent for the Third month. Its been with the pharmacy for a week. Customer service keeps saying it's with the pharmacy and will be shipped shortly. they refused to do a three way call with the pharmacy. They said the pharmacy has 7-10 days to ship. I asked what I am supposed to do I followed the directions and tossed my meds after the 4 dose, as instructed. Meds are supposed to be here by Monday. Its not going to happen, I am not able to take it on Monday as it wont be here. DO NOT use this company. I work in the healthcare industry I know when a company is slapping you with scripts and lip service. This company does not care about your actual care just making money.

The nurse was amazing Im waiting on a call from a provider for next steps if that happens ill give 5 stars.

I love how interactive this is! With the last company I used I didn’t have somebody right there to chat with if I needed them. I was pretty much on my own. But my representative, Jomart checks in on me and is right there to address any question or concern I have.

My prescription was explained to me in great detail. The provider was very kind and knowledgeable. I had issues with my video connection but he called me so that I could continue my appointment. Above and beyond.
