Medication is not good my husband is taking the real zepbound and has done wonderful no cravings and weight loss , and it's a 20 copay ...we are on the same diet plan and I am still starving , I have lost 5 pounds but that is due to my hard work and not the diluted shot provided , I want to post a true review because this isn't cheap and if you have a Dr asked then to file your health insurance so you can get the real zepbound and actually lose the weight , I cancelled and I will not use this again nor the company , I will go through my direct Dr and actual lilly company for the meds this is 2 weeks with zero notice .

Hi Manda, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are deeply sorry to hear about your disappointment with the effectiveness of your medication and the frustration regarding the lack of notice before your cancellation. It is completely understandable how discouraging it is to put in hard work on your diet plan without experiencing the expected support and appetite suppression from your treatment, especially when comparing your results to others. We take your concerns about the quality of the medication and the communication surrounding your account very seriously. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to look into your account details, make things right. Will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us and we're committed to addressing your concerns. - Embody Team

Everything continues to go wrong with Embody. I signed up for a 12-month supply of plain compounded semaglutide. After they took my $954, they changed my prescription without my knowledge or consent to Semaglutide compounded with B-12. I asked them to stop the shipment because I have long covid (which I disclosed during intake) and cannot take medications with binders or fillers because I get a mast cell reaction which is a severe allergic reaction. They refused. I was told the medication was safe because I'm not allergic to B-12. The medication came and, an hour after injecting, I had a massive allergic reaction which continued for 10 full days, causing me to lose two full weeks of work. I asked Embody to refund me for the medication because it was not what I ordered, but this only started a 4-month battle with AI bots and incompetent customer service agents. Embody finally promised me for the medication that had not yet been sent, but instead of refunding me for 9 months of medication (I had received 3 months), they only promised to refund me for 6 months. I was told that $507.00 was being processed as a return back to my account. When I received the return, it was for $447.00. I kept trying to get them to uphold their end of the agreement - to refund me fully for unusable mediction - but they refused and said that I was confused and didn't understand why they simply couldn't refund me. This is medical fraud. This is medical malpractice. And I am STILL fighting to get my money back from Embody. Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up with this company. If something goes wrong, you are in really big trouble. No one will help or make it right. They are not trustworthy and I would be very concerned about taking any medication they sell. I have already alerted the FDA MedWatch about the undisclosed ingredients in the Semaglutide compounded with B-12. I am lucky it didn't kill me. Still, I am out $507 of my hard-earned money because this company refuses to do the right thing. I believe this is a scam and a pill mill. Please be careful and go with a reputable company, even if it costs more. UPDATE: I am working with my bank's fraud department to get a chargeback from Embody. They looked at the horrific ineptitude in the correspondence from Embody and said, "Wow. That is a clear case of fraud." I just read Embody's response to my review... which was EXACTLY the same cut-and-paste response they gave to my last review. More bots. They are honestly and truly the WORST of the WORST. Don't be sucked in by the low price point. This is your health. Don't take the risk.

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! The so called patient support is an off shore team that reads scripts, that is when you actually get a live representative. Emails go into a pool of reps that is answered at random by multiple reps, all with different answers & in no order. I will get a response from support followed by another with conflicting information. Clinicians are no help at all, they rattle off basic information with no access to your actual portal! When it is finally approved, many days after your payment ,it says sent to pharmacy...then you wait an additional 7-10 days to get it shipped. No pharmacy info is given to check status. The meds once received are fine. I will not be utilizing Embody again solely due to the lack of customer service and non clinician support. 10/23/26 Generic response given. Received yet another email from ‘patient support’ that addressed not 1 of my concerns. Email summed up stated- Sorry for delays we will send tracking # when available. I requested pharmacy name & inquiry to escalate to leadership. As I stated in my previous review- horrible patient experience. All about $$.

Brittney is very savvy, she knows her stuff. So far she has been quite the ambitious coach, and that's what I needed.

Extremely disappointing experience — poor communication, zero accountability, and an unresolved order My experience with Embody has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend them whatsoever. I paid $80 for my monthly subscription. My original medication shipment was marked delivered on October 3, but it never arrived. I filed a claim with the delivery service and contacted Embody beginning October 5. From the very first contact, I was told my case was being escalated to senior leadership, prioritized, and that Embody would handle everything with the pharmacy. I was repeatedly told my replacement was being processed, with a quoted processing timeframe of 3–5 business days. Despite numerous follow-ups, the replacement never shipped. I was eventually informed that semaglutide was out of stock. What has been particularly unacceptable is the complete lack of continuity and accountability throughout this experience. Every single response, chat, and email I received came from a different person. I repeatedly had to explain the same circumstances, revisit the same questions, and recount the same history. Despite being told as early as October 5 that senior leadership was handling my case, I continued to chase updates for weeks. I had previously expressed concern about whether my communications were being properly documented. After attaching screenshots of prior conversations and explaining the history yet again, I was told my October 5 contact and chats would now be documented and my case escalated AGAIN. That only reinforced my concerns about how my case was being managed. Another frustrating development was being directed toward an RN appointment because my concern was described as medical. My immediate request has been straightforward: I want the medication order I paid for fulfilled. I did not initially have a live appointment with a doctor, clinician, or RN when placing my order, and I don't understand why resolving the failed fulfillment is now being redirected into an appointment process. If a new prescription, replacement, or medication alternative requires clinical review, that should be clearly explained and distinguished from my customer-service complaint. I am still seeking direct answers regarding any of my requests: refund, compensation for the failed fulfillment, subscription renewal and billing practices, and who is actually responsible for resolving this matter. Instead of a concrete resolution, I continue to receive apologies, additional escalation assurances, and requests to revisit the process. And they even said "no need to keep emailing about the same issue!" I expected better communication, transparency, ownership, and accountability. Unfortunately, after weeks of trying to get a resolution, I am still dealing with the same unresolved issues. The most frustrating part is that getting help has become almost as exhausting as the original problem. EDIT 10/23: Embody's reply to my review from reflects the exact same script I've received via Email 15 times. Still sending AI generated responses from "Customer Support." Way to go Embody!
