IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I FILLED OUT MY INFO WHICH INCLUDED THE DOSE I WAS ON AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE MEDICINE ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER IT WAS .04 MG AND 5 UNITS. I WAS TAKING 2.5 AND 10 UNITS, THAT WAS PLAINLY STATED ON MY INFO, ALSO WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT, IT WAS RED. WHY IT WAS RED IS BEYOND ME SO I ACTUALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I PUT IN MY BODY. ALSO, THE ONLY MONTH I WAS ON IT I LOST 0 LBS. I WAS TAKING THE 2.5 10 UNITS FOR 3 MONTH AND LOST ALMOST 30LBS. SO SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT, IF I COULD I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. IM NOT SURE HOW MUCH MORE INFO YOU NEED. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS WHICH WAS NOT LOSING A POUND. I WILL NOT REFER EMBODY TO ANYONE. MY NEICE REFERRED ME TO EMBODY. SHE SAID SHE LOST LIKE 5 LBS THE ONLY MONTH SHE WAS ON IT AND WASNT HAPPY SO SHE WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I WILL BE GETTING IT FROM MY DOCTOR AGAIN FROM NOW ON.

If I could give zero stars I would. I only used embody for 2 months and I cancelled my membership. Both months my medication was delayed in shipping. The second month they sent the prescription to a pharmacy that would not deliver it to me and cancelled the order without telling me. They placed another order, 5 days later, causing my next dose to be delayed atleast 10 days. When I contacted support the first time I was simply told it would be passed along to their team and nothing could be done. I contacted again 2 days later to express my frustration and was told again nothing could be done. When I clarified that they caused a delay in care and would do nothing to remedy that, I was offered $10 off my next dose, I pay $130 a month, not even a 10% discount for delay of care. I declined and cancelled my subscription immediately. The pricing is better than most of the independent companies offering tirzepatide, but it’s not worth the terrible customer service, delay in care, and lack of consideration for the people who pay good money for it. I had 2 friends who were going to sign up as well, but I’ve told them to look elsewhere.

One of the more frustrating customer service experiences ever. I was sent my medication before a nurse talked with me. Thankfully I got my medication but then setting up an appointment to talk to someone was so difficult, they canceled. They called back then canceled. I asked for monthly payments. They took the money out in one big payment. They sent me medication I didn't order. I can't tell you what a pain it was to deal with this company. I am very close to cancelling with them.
