I thought I found a winning company, ignored the reviews because my initial intake was good, quick communication, waited about a 1.5 week for the first prescription, they have a weird dosing schedule but it was close enough for me not to trip, BUT!!! here we are 2 months later, they took their payment in Sept 15!! waited til Sept 23 to even push the prescription to the pharmacy and today is Oct 05 and still no shipping information!! I’ve missed 2 doses and when I call I get a generic answer that the pharmacy can takes 7-10 business days to ship my medication even though their website says your prescription will be sent out about every 28 days!! I’m going to call again today but have no hope that anything will be resolved. And then to add to the frustration they give you a count down of how many days til your next payment, 8 days by the way, and I still haven’t received my last prescription, which is WILD!! I should have listened when people said this was a SCAM!!

Communication is terrible and no one is on the same page. It’s very frustrating.
