I was really worried about my success with product so I called Joe, my adviser, and he cleared up my questions about this. I have never done this before with a GLP-1 so I really don't know about it. He said my dosage will be doubled on my next shipment and then the same for the next one. We talked and he cleared my fears. He is very helpful because I have not been able to do very much on the site. He was great.

I received the first month medication and it seemed to be helping as I lost 5 pounds in the first month. HOWEVER, my second month, which was paid for, has not been received. It is 25 days late. I have gone a full month without the medication, payment was made and no medication. I keep getting the runaround with customer service with no resolve to receiving the medication. Poor service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! UPDATE: it has been two more days and no one has reached out to me as responded by Embody. I also have chatted in several times and have been given conflicting information. Last agent stated the medication HAS NOT YET BEEN SENT TO PHARMACY. And now I cannot get a hold of anyone over the phone. Most unprofessional company practices yet. Maybe I should find an attorney with all these bad reviews about shipping and getting the medication on time and start a class action suit.... UPDATE 10/09/2026 STILL WAITING AND JUST GETTING THE RUNAROUND FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

UPDATE- I will say that the customer support has been amazing. I have received a few texts and calls apologizing for the delay. I just got a text today, Oct 7 stating my order has shipped. I have added more stars due to how impressed I am with the level of attention I have received in the last few days. I ordered on September 27 and I just received a text saying its still processing and will be delivered in 7-10 business days. This means I will miss my next shot. I was so excited to pay less than what I have been paying with the other brand I use, but I guess you get what you pay for. Customer service was nice, but said I cant cancel this order. So I had to order from my previous company and spend even more money. Not sure when the Embody will be delivered.
