This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. I had my original appointment & medication ordered on Sept. 1st. Every update I received said the pharmacy was processing my order. Nothing changed. I called and talked to customer service multiple times and was told my order was being "rushed" with the pharmacy. I asked for a refund and was told because my order was in process they could not offer a refund. Finally before I was to be charged for another month I called and cancelled and asked for a refund. Then I was told because I cancelled my account they could not offer a refund. So I either just had to get charged again for something I won't receive or settle with being out for the the first charge. This company is a scam. I have talked to multiple customer service agents, sent multiple emails. They do not care and my order still says "processing". Do not use this company unless you want them to steal from you.
