I have been working with Amble for many months now and I have seen great results. Customer service is top-tier and so is the shipping speed I’ve never had a problem.

Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. Back in May I placed an order for a one month medication but I received medication for three months. Although I didn’t order medication for three months, but there was nothing I could do but keep it and pay $329X3=$987 for it. Last Saturday, June 28th I received another medication with NAD in it which I did not order. I sent Amble a message, but NO one has replied yet. Today 7/3/25 still NOTHING. Yesterday, July 2, again I received another vial with a month worth of medication that I did not order. I’m afraid I’m going to be charged for something I don’t need nor ordered. This is very frustrating! I since have switched to another telehealth company with better customer service.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I paid $765 to start the process of obtaining medication, but the service was completely unprofessional and disorganized. Initially, one doctor prescribed a certain dose, then a few days later, a different doctor changed it to a completely inconsistent dose—repeated across three months—which makes no clinical sense. I tried multiple times to speak with a doctor to clarify, but my requests were ignored. There was no follow-up, no communication, and no continuity of care, which is unacceptable for a medical service. On top of that, the order was never even processed or sent to the pharmacy, yet I was charged a $100 fee with no explanation. There’s no justification for keeping that money. Even more concerning is that the source of the medication was never clearly disclosed. As a patient, I have no idea whether the product is legitimate or if the medication I would be injecting into my body is truly the one it claims to be. That raises serious safety concerns. I have requested a full refund and am still waiting for a response. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

This company is a scam. They hide the wording in their terms and conditions, that their product is NOT FDA approved. They charge your card right away before you ever know what you're going to get and before you can deny anything. You can't get your money back, even if you refuse the medication. Plus you can't even get ahold of anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I tried to dispute with my CC company Ally Credit. They did not support me. So don't ever choose Ally credit card either.

I love this company!! It’s great and I strongly recommend amble to anyone trying to lose weight!

Love Amble. Still getting used to the changes but still the most affordable. The only downfall is i loved it when I use to get it in 3 days and now its a week or more. But im sure they just been so busy. Thank you Amble for helping me be a healthier person 💗
