The product works however that does not matte rod you don’t receive product. My initial shipment was sent almost immediately, for month 2 not the same. I am going on 3 weeks with no update and no medicine. I’m cancelling- good luck.

Quality of shipments received
I received 3 shipments. The first one was from a pharmacy closer to my location and the medication came still chilled, as expected. The next shipment was delivered from across the country, and came very warm. When I reported the issue, then sent me a new delivery but stated that it would likely come at the same temperature, and they wouldn't guarantee delivery at the stored temp requirement. With research, it was made clear that if the medication isn't kept at the chilled temperature, it will become less potent. I am not able to change the pharmacy they have chosen so want to cancel my subscription, which does not have an option on the website. I have to email support and ask them for help. timing is critical so that I don't risk being responsible for another prescription. Not pleased with the difficulty getting quality product and difficulty canceling since it isn't working out.

Confirmed 135-Unit Dose With No Clear Administration Instructions
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Amble Health, particularly with the clinical guidance—or lack of clinical guidance—surrounding my tirzepatide prescription.
I had previously been instructed to take 10 mg at 68 syringe units weekly. My new prescription instructions suddenly changed to 13.5 mg at 135 units weekly. That is a major change in the amount of liquid I am being instructed to inject, yet I was given no meaningful explanation beforehand about how this was supposed to be administered.
My syringes only hold 100 units. Therefore, when I saw instructions telling me to inject 135 units, I immediately contacted Amble because I did not know whether they expected me to take two injections, whether both injections were supposed to be given at the same time, or how they expected me to accurately administer the prescribed amount with the supplies they provided.
Amble subsequently confirmed that the 135-unit instruction was correct, but that still did not answer the most important question: HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ADMINISTER IT?
I did not sign up for a program where I would suddenly be expected to give myself multiple injections without receiving clear instructions from a medical provider. When prescription medication and injections are involved, patients should not be left trying to figure this out themselves.
I also raised concerns about injecting this volume subcutaneously at one time, including the possibility of medication leaking from the injection site or causing injection-site problems. Instead of receiving clear clinical guidance addressing those concerns and explaining exactly how the dose should be administered, I have continued to receive inadequate responses.
This is what concerns me most about the entire experience. This is not simply a shipping problem or a customer-service inconvenience. This involves prescription medication and patient safety. If Amble changes a patient's dose, concentration, injection volume, or method of administration, there should be clear instructions from a qualified clinical professional explaining exactly what the patient is expected to do.
Because of the way this was handled, I requested a refund. Amble has refused to refund my money. The only resolution they have offered is to pause my next shipment. Pausing another shipment does absolutely nothing to address the medication I already paid for, the lack of administration instructions, or my concerns about the clinical support I received.
I had previously been happy with the program, which makes this even more disappointing. My confidence in Amble has been seriously damaged by the way this situation has been handled.
I am requesting a refund and a meaningful response from Amble explaining why I was given instructions for 135 units without being provided the proper syringe or clear clinical directions explaining whether that amount should be administered as one injection or divided into multiple injections.
Patients should never be left guessing about how to administer a prescription injectable medication.

I have been with Amble for going on two…
I have been with Amble for going on two years. When I hit my hole weight and it's time to begin matience the Doctor says oh I can't help you you with that. So in order to stay on my weight loss journey I would have to resign up and they begin all over again. So in September 2026 This very nice Doctor finally put me on matience. The problem is when I first signed up it was to be 329 a month. Then on matience it was to be 129 a month so I see they are still charging me the highest price. I am 70 years old and feel like I am being abused due to me being a senior citizen. Also I have gotten meds that were delivered in a hot box and a glass bottle shoved in a baggie and they will never refund money. This is a scam. They also make you pay for six months whether you take the shots or not. Someone with the powers that be need to hold Amble accountable

Prior to signing up
Prior to signing up, I was promised to have my order expedited if I completed the trust pilot survey. It has been eight business days and according to the FAQ section it takes 7 to 10 business days to ship. To me that is not expediting a shipment. I was approved on August 25. I have requested to cancel and refund due to this experience.

Do not use Amble. Horrible customer service. am leaving this review because Amble…is not responding to my issue with shipment
Update : well date of 08/30, and still have not been contacted from Amble or any customer service as they states below. Do not use them.
I am leaving this review because Amble Health's customer service has not responded to my messages, or emails in the last three days. My Tirzepatide refill status changed to "Sent to Pharmacy" on August 15, 2026. It has now been 12 days, which is past the promised shipping window, and I have received no tracking info or updates. I have been with you for little over a year and never experienced this kind issues or service. When you already taking my money and then cant respond is an issue. I conta ted the pharmacy you have used with my script for a year now and they have ot recieved anything from you guys. This delay is causing a gap in my weekly medical treatment. I need a manager to look into my account immediately, contact the pharmacy, and send my tracking number. Im sorry it got to put this review but I had no other way to et help.

Not Worth It - Terrible Service
Affordable, but customer experience is AWFUL... They are TERRIBLE at responding on-time, constantly screw up orders & requests, and never listen to the problems at hand - very clearly either robots or limited to using pre-compiled responses and nothing else.
Doctors are not knowledgeable, basically just there to write your scripts. Also, don't forget to read the fine print as they hide a $100 non-refundable cancelation fee for when you close your Amble account.

No communication after days
I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I've been taking their GLP medication for a while, and unfortunately it just didn't work for me. I don't necessarily blame the company for that since everyone responds differently.
My two-star rating is because of the customer service. They make cancellation unnecessarily difficult. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for about a week. After finally finding the cancellation option, I agreed to the $100 cancellation fee because the order had already been sent to the pharmacy. Since then, no one has responded to my messages or my follow-up email. I feel completely ignored and have no idea whether my cancellation has been processed. The lack of communication has made an already frustrating process even worse.
