I've been a member for almost a year. In the beginning, I got immediate response and shipments, lately these have slowed down. Sometimes a day or two goes by before I hear something and it can be a week or more before my order is shipped. Now that I know, I just plan ahead. There was no real instruction for how to actually give myself the medication when I started but thankfully there are tons of YouTube videos out there and I had no trouble. All in all I'm pretty happy with the results and the company so I'll stick with them.

I have been an Amble purchaser for a while n I love the customer service the prescription service n the delivery service so I love Amble !! Great experience! My prescription is perfect!!

I loved Amble in the beginning but I've started having problems with them. They charged me for medicine that was never shipped. The tracking number suddenly disappeared. I've messaged them and they don't respond. Switching to another company.

Everything is fast and to the point. They were able to start me in the dose I was in with another clinic just needed to send my previous RX. For the price and the notification when your medication is in its way. Can’t beat that.

So far it seems great the process has been smooth. Now just waiting to get started. Will update review when product is received and again after being on GLP-1.

I really like the products, when they actually get delivered. My biggest complaint is the processing, shipping and costumer service. When I first signed up the medication came quick, after that it took so long to get my next dose. I had a gap of 2 weeks without taking it. I ordered other meds from them too but they took weeks to actually ship and one still hasn’t been processed or delivered. They are quick to charge me but not quick to ship out the meds. I understand the Tirzepatide was gonna have some trouble with everything going on but for the other meds it shouldn’t be like this. When I try to contact them, half the time it’s in circles or it just takes a week to answer a simple question. If they hired more staff to handle all this they could be an amazing company but for now they are lacking. Gonna finish out my current plan with meds and we’ll see if I continue it after that. Really want to continue working with them but they need to fix their issues first.

I have been with Amble since April of 2024 and have lost 100lbs. They have been great! I have NEVER had any problems with ordering, no delays, prompt deliveries. They are a 10 out of 10 in my book. I have recommend Amble to everyone I know that wants to start losing.
