I first started with Amble spring 2024 and was only able to stay for a few months due to some life/financial changes. I started back with Amble April 2025 and my journey so far has been steady and good! They always say the best way is slow and steady! There was a system glitch when I first started back with Amble but customer service was on it, corrected the glitch and had my order in a week! I absolutely love Amble and recommend them to all I know who are interested in the same journey! Thank you Amble for all you do!

I've been with amble 6+ months have never had an issue with shipping or missing product! My only issue that leaves room to be desired is the response time to questions or concerns.

I received my Semaglutide but the package contained no needles! I mean seriously!

I just placed my first order this morning with amble. So far the process has been super easy compared to the last company i’ve been using for the last 6 months. Had to answer a few simple questions and up load a a picture of my previous prescription.. now just waiting for my order to be processed.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. My experience has been a complete nightmare. I was promised timely updates on my prescription order, but I've received absolutely zero communication, and my order is late. I followed their instructions to the letter, yet I am still left in the dark. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone for assistance, and any response I do manage to receive is disappointing and unhelpful. It's simply unacceptable for a business to have such terrible follow-through after taking my money. Their utter lack of organization and respect for customers is astounding. I will be canceling my order after this disastrous experience, and I urge others to think twice before doing business with them. If you care about customer service or actually receiving what you paid for in a timely manner, look elsewhere! They only responded to my last message after I left a review—let’s see if lightning strikes twice because I still haven't heard from them. This seems like a company more focused on maintaining a façade of solid reviews to lure in customers than on delivering the products they promise. STAY AWAY!
