I have had good experience with amble since dec of 2024.

The representative had amazing customer service, I was stuck in a loop where I could not finish something, it was not only fixed because of the follow up and care, but also sent me a new link that worked, this person really showed kindness!

Amazing customer service! I mean thoroughly answered my questions

I found Amble when I wanted to switch from compounded semaglutide to tirzepatide. I paid for 3 months. When I received my order, the ice packs were all melted, and I was told by support to contact the pharmacy. I emailed and left a voicemail to the pharmacy concerned about taking this since it was becoming warm from shipping. I decided to take it after contacting a Dr. through support. It has been 3 weeks and I am gaining weight. I have had insatiable sugar cravings which I never had from semaglutide. Zero appetite suppression. I still have another vial to take after this. I sent a message to support through chat 2 days ago about cancelling all future orders (not just pausing them), and when I logged in today my whole account was wiped out. My shot records are gone, etc. I am not happy with this company at all. It feels like a scam honestly.

Amble has been amazing and when I have an issue they fix it quick! I’ve always been patient being in customer service and amble has always fixed any issues and has been so reassuring!
