I was told before the doc reviewed my information that I would get a certain dose. The doctor reviewed my order and approved the lowest dose, which is not what I needed, so I immediately told the Doctor to cancel, and that was that. No more response. I will reach out tomorrow to try and cancel. Today I went back on and was able to get a bit farther with the bot. It allowed me to POSSIBLY cancel for $100. Still unable to speak to a person. They finally did reach out. The response was sorry for the delay in response. The chat box is not monitored regularly so we are just responding now. We have our guidelines that we must follow so despite what the system allows you to order we fill the prescription the Doctor chooses and start at the beginning at 1.7. Not even 2.5. Yeah. Don’t order online is the lesson.

Update 10/07/26 : though both clinical and support will respond timely they are not very helpful in being proactive in concerns with dashboard discrepancies. The vibe so far is that things go smoothly and headache free as long as you don’t have to contact either support team. I completed one check in and because the options were not clear cut my treatment plan showing on my dashboard got all out of wack and Support and clinical teams had 0 solutions for fixing the dashboard lol Registration was simple and the care support team professional and timely with responses to questions. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. Shipping and delivery are very smooth! I'm early into my treatment and seeing results!

Update: The account updated, finally. I guess I knocked something loose. Thanks for getting it done. I put the order in June 22nd, it is now July 21st and the order still says pending, with no shipping, no update, and no way to contact customer service. I received no reply to my chat message, even though it said they were transferring me. It has been 3 hours now. This is incredibly disappointing, and I am almost due for my next payment, without ever having received my initial product.

I think the medicine is diluted. I’m not sure I’m going to continue. The first dose of medicine was great and did what it was supposed to. The last few I’ve gotten have done nothing at all.

I have always enjoyed using Amble, but seems like the GLP-1 medication has changed or something. Just doesn’t work as well as it used to. But I’m still using Amble.

My experience with Amble Health has been disappointing in one key area: support and responsiveness. While the pricing is slightly more affordable than competitors, that cost savings comes at the expense of timely care. There is no reliable way to reach a live agent or quickly speak with a provider, and responses routinely take several days. For a paid healthcare service, that is simply not acceptable. To be fair, my experience has been manageable only because I started using Amble after reaching my goal weight and am maintaining on a consistent medication dose. In that situation, where minimal support is needed, the platform can function adequately. However, for anyone starting GLP-1 treatment or needing guidance, adjustments, or timely answers, this level of delayed communication is a serious drawback. Access to care should not feel this limited or slow. Bottom line: Amble may work for maintenance due to lower cost, but the lack of responsive support makes it a poor choice for anyone who needs active medical guidance.

They have no customer service. Any communication is limited to one question via an unassisted chat. The medication changes month to month because they change who is compounding their medicine. In my case they continued to send and charge me for medicine that wasn't requested. I did lose weight but I think between the constant change of compounders and lack of support I would not recommend using Amble.

I like how easy it to get glp-1 from amble. Be nice if they had an app
