Honestly worst I’ve ever worked with they take your money and your left just waiting for your product and then a month later they are charging you again whether you have it or not beware!!! They don’t like anyone negative in there pages because it scares the new clients they go as far as kicking you out. You can’t talk to no one at the company just messages that usually don’t answer your question you ask

Was happy to take my money. When I entered my PO Box as the ship to, I got a message requesting another address. So I sent the new address. Never got another repo as. Messaged the “doctor” told to contact support. Emailed support nothing. Had to dispute the cc charge never got my RX

Initially I thought it was a good company. But 6 months later, customer service takes 2 weeks to respond. And you will wait another 2 weeks if you respond to their last message. Doctors change dosages and send to pharmacy without your review. So if you think amble is great they suck! Im done with them. Cancelled all scripts and no longer want their shitty service.

Poor, AI generated customer service. Fraudulent charging. First order went smoothly, and I was pleased initially. When it was time for my second order, they charged my credit card, and still have yet to send the medication. When I inquire about it they only provide an automated AI response.
