Proper scamming everyone. Jlab and Amazon seem to have a little thing going. The earbuds stop charging after a month. Always seems to be the right one. Which would obviously stop you swapping it if you bought another set if or when they both break. And they make sure you can’t use a different dock to charge. And all this happens just outside the return period) Amazon are fully aware of this but are happy to keep getting their slice. Please go Sony. They offer a year warranty.

Forfærdelige hørertelefoner. IK KØB! Jeg har købt JLab over ear til 700 kr og de er de værste siddende og fungerende hørertelefoner jeg nogensinde har haft. Forvent konstant at mærke dem i hovedbunden og forfærdelige teknologi ift Bluetooth. De virker nok ikke længere end et par måneder men når de endelig går i stykker bliver det en lettelse ikke at skulle bøvle med dem mere.

These earbuds are comfortable and worked well for the first three months, they quit charging after that. I tried to contact Jlabs but the link that Amazon has doesn't work and they do not answer the phone, I waisted $40. Please, do yourself a favor, do not buy Jlabs earbuds.

Do not buy anything from them. Your product is broken, they send u a code fot replacement but you have to pay a lot of money for shipping. Helpsdesk wil not read your mail en help u. DO NOT BUY JLAB

Horrible connection issues, cheaply made, charging issues, horrible software. Bad experience overall.

I contacted JLab to make a warranty claim as my earbuds have stopped working. They responded very quick, and we exchanged a few emails within the hour, and everything seemed to be going well. They requested me to send a video of submerging the earbuds and charger in water to completely destroy them, and then they could issue a replacement under warranty. I followed their instruction, and they asked for a shipping address. I gave them the shipping address and then zero response since that email. I have followed up with 4 emails to ask for an update and nothing. This is not the first time they've lied and ignored me. They even blocked me on Facebook because I warned people how I was treated by them. If you look at other reviews for JLab you'll see they have an extremely poor rating with LOADS of customers who've been told to destroy their products, lied to and then ignored. DO NOT buy any JLab products because when they break, you will NOT get a replacement under warranty.

Warranty service is a big lie, shipping to USA my headphones which costed almost the same amount that takes to send a package over there from europe and then wait for them ? scam
