They refuse to connect about 30% of the time you take them out, even manually connecting them doesn't work as they just crash out, so you have to forget them and then re-remember them. Also sometimes one connects but not the other and you have to repeat the process over and over and over. Also sometimes you get annoying static that won't go away

Very good ear buds, we have found them to be great for the whole family, we had the Jlab go air pop which were great quality and one of our favourite things about them is that the charger cable is integrated in the bottom so you don’t have to keep remembering a wire and that means we also can’t lose the charger wire like we do on other earbuds. They come with various sizes of rubber tips so fit the kids or us adults. I would recommend, seems to have good battery life and for the price is very impressive, as it’s great quality. The only reason I had to replace was because we lost one of the ear buds. Very nice range of colours too.

I brought the new jlab ear buds as I had the last ones and they where amazing. The new ones are rubbish the left ear buds half the volume of the right. Stay away from this product

I have ordered a pair of JBUD sport ANC 4 earbuds. The left earbud stopped working within 3 weeks. Jlab is refusing my warranty claim saying I have no proof of purchase. I have ordered the earphones from their webshop and I have provided the order confirmation email to them. Avoid.

They only really work for a few weeks then the problems start with the ear bud types. The main problem is the case, it does the job of Turing on/off the earbuds really badly. Can take 15-20 attempts to get them to turn on out of case. When in the case they turn on randomly and connect to any device previously connected to which is crap. There are really good options from others that work far better.

I bought a pair of earbuds few months ago. The right one stopped working, and I contacted Support Team. After a couple of emails and explanation, photos, etc..they sent me a new product. Great communication and support, that is my experience.

Really inconsistent at connecting via Bluetooth to my LG smart TV. More often than not, the connection drops out on one side of the buds leaving only one side working. Unfortunately the seller I’ve purchased them from is non responsive. I think I’ll opt for a different brand next time. Disappointing as the design is great and the price was affordable albeit steep if you have to replace them in such an instance that I do.

Les écouteurs Jlab go sport ont un très mauvais son avec très peu de basses. Très déçu de mon achat !
