JLab AudioReviews of jlabaudio.com

Very good ear buds, we have found them to be great for the whole family, we had the Jlab go air pop which were great quality and one of our favourite things about them is that the charger cable is integrated in the bottom so you don’t have to keep remembering a wire and that means we also can’t lose the charger wire like we do on other earbuds. They come with various sizes of rubber tips so fit the kids or us adults. I would recommend, seems to have good battery life and for the price is very impressive, as it’s great quality. The only reason I had to replace was because we lost one of the ear buds. Very nice range of colours too.

I bought a pair of earbuds few months ago. The right one stopped working, and I contacted Support Team. After a couple of emails and explanation, photos, etc..they sent me a new product. Great communication and support, that is my experience.

I recently purchased a set of JLab earbuds ANC and absolutely love them. For the money you pay you get great sound with lots of features like noise cancellation and set up to what ever way you want with one,two or three tap settings on each bud. The build quality is excellent,I will be getting another pair for my wife.

Wow the reviews of this place doesn't surprise me , I contacted them and they never responded to my email, I will never buy anything from them again

I can’t review their customer service but I’ve bought three products; two pairs of ear buds and the GoWork Pop Wireless on ear headset. All work well. I’m not a sound snob, but I’m happy with what I paid and I can’t imagine the products being 10x the price being 10x the quality. The Bluetooth connects well with all 3.

I have owned two pairs now(because I loose stuff all the time). The fit is great, sound quality is pretty good, and the battery life is brilliant! My partner insists on apple wireless headphones, so I have been forced to use those in the past. But, HONESTLY I prefer these. I have very small ear canals(I think), so I have found I can swap ears between “assigned” buds, which is great when sleeping/sleepy, and considering i lost the left bud over a year ago! Honestly and truly, these are so much better value for money than the other “fruit” versions!

Bought their J Lab GO Air Pop earbuds a few years ago and they are great! Built in USB changing cable which folds under the case. Plenty of battery life, compact and work great. Great sound and they stay in my ears. My other half has a pair of Apple AirPods but they don’t stay in my ears and fall out all the time. I can’t recommend the GO Air Pop earbuds enough. They’re cheap but well worth it.
