For the price of the furniture we didn't expect defective furniture delivered then waited 4 more weeks and the redelivered furniture was in worst shape than the first delivery. The owner promised he would come to the house because of all the issues. Naturally he never did.

I rejected the bedroom furniture they brought twice. when I finally kept the third one with the flaws, they sent someone out to fix them. they said that everything can't be perfect. well, at over $5K, I would think it would be. I won't be buying anything from J&K Home Furnishings again.

Website difficult to use. China cabinets have limited views, unless manufacture styles known, pretty useless. Guess I need help with stylist, because didn’t fit into one style category.

Furniture was expensive but poor quality. It took over a year to completely fix the issues. Many of the delivery employees have no concept of what they are doing. For example: raining on day of delivery- unwrapped furniture on the truck and brought it in through the rain!!
