Great quality, selection, and customer service!

The staff there is always pleasant . Laura has helped me with several purchases and she is very patient with my indecision’s, she doesn’t try to SELL , she simply helps me find what I want . I took a friend there and my daughter and they both were helped in finding what they wanted . Looking forward to my next purchase .

They took back a new uncomfortable mattress and we bought another mattress without a problem. The salesperson (Mishi) was very helpful and courteous.

I bought two king-size mattresses and two sets a box springs. The sales person was very very knowledgeable . As a matter fact I am regretting not buying my bedroom furniture at J&K had quite a lot of trouble and J&K was kind enough to hold onto my mattress and box springs and deliver each set separately .

We had to return one piece twice before we received one that was not damaged. Disappointed that we had to pay for delivery given the amount that we spent at the store.
