A pleasant experience awaits the customer. Sales people are very helpful and give you plenty of space to not feel overwhelmed. The store is filled with various trends in furniture and the sales person will provide you with a multitude of options in their catalogs to provide for your needs.

I went into your store to look at leather reclining sofas. There were at least 5 people at the counter. I asked a salesman to show me where to find what I was looking for. He didn’t walk me to the spot but gave me directions of where to go. There was only 4 reclining sofas in the store. After looking at my options the salesman came back to the area and informed me that they only had leather touch. I was looking for all leather. I found exactly what I was looking for at another company. And one that was interested in my business.

The J&K team is fabulous! We have utilized their expertise for projects big and small (redecorate an entire room or accessorize shelving). Love this team!

I paid for 2 chairs but when I called to have them delivered, they had been resold. Chairs were discontinued so I had to wait to get my money back in order to buy chairs somewhere else

The furniture choices were lovely, we needed to take advantage of the design services we were having a problem finding the right fit for the space. The designer did help us find a happy medium with what I was looking for and my Husbands wants.. That being said there was other things we were looking for and another whole room to furnish, the designer didn't get back to us until I made the calls, and this went on for a while, so we loved the furniture we purchased, but we didn't feel they valued our business so we moved on... You shouldn't have to make 5 plus calls to the designer before you get a call back...
