I got the shipping notice (#order 183325) on 12/8/21 with a tracking number included. It is now 12/13, 5 days later. The tracking number is still not identifiable in their tacking system. No response to my email and phone call at all. Terrible customer service!

Clearly just another drop ship company. Everyone waiting for their order... well it is probably because it is shipping from China or other 3rd party company. No invoice? Well probably because the item cost them half the price you paid for it. Research before you buy. You are literally paying a middle man to send you cheap crap.

Purchased from this site on black friday and never received my order. My emails went unanswered for weeks until finally a response came through stating my item had been shipped along with a “tracking number”. Well the package hasn’t moved in days. In fact USPS is still “awaiting the item”. After reading multiple (unanswered I might add) comments on their instagram page and many terrible reviews on here I am confident the website is a giant scam. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and I HIGHLY suggest anyone reading these reviews with the same issues should do the same!

Order #169202 I’ve never gone as far as write a review but I’m so disappointed and would not recommend shopping here to anyone. I placed my order on 11/21. Received an update that a UPS center in CA is awaiting the shipment on 11/27. Today is literally 12/12—which is 15 days since the last update. Based off my experience and all of these terrible reviews, this company seems like a scam and I will be disputing my charge since it seems unlikely I’ll even receive my order at this rate. EDIT: we are past the 9-12 business days timeframe and no update on the package arriving to a UPS facility.

Order# #173736, Customer service doesn’t seem to exist? I ordered a top two weeks ago said it shipped I’ve been tracking my package for two weeks just stuck in CA not moving can’t talk to anyone about my order if I don’t hear back by today I’m calling my bank and cancelling the transaction site seems fake. So after I posted this Jing replied with a tracking number that was the same one I had. Long story short it just took a month to get to me. So Long wait but in all fairness I just got it and really like the top. It’s surprisingly good quality for how affordable it was and fits great. So I would say decent site cute stuff for affordable prices but I wouldn’t count on it being delivered in a speedy manner.

No response Even I send loads of email, phone calls or reach them via Wechat, Instagram…, a week ago still no one response on my order #183412.
