I should have done more research 😔 I ordered a few clothes from J.ING on November 18th but the package shipped 3 weeks later (December 6th) just to be RETURNED to the U.S warehouse 3 days later (December 9th) because of their unprofessionalism in labelling the package…(no commercial invoice and it seems like I am NOT the first one to experience this) They have not update me when I kindly asked them to and sent them screen shots to prove my case. I am now stuck waiting for their response on this matter for the past 3 days and counting. They do not respond to calls either. I am never purchasing from them again. Stay as far away from this company as possible. I kept getting targeted with cute ads and finally caved and ordered a bunch of items. Quality is absolute garbage, sizing is a mess and took months to get my items. Customer service people are nonexistent - they don’t EVER get on the phone or call back if you leave a message (try it yourself) and now I’m in the hole for a few hundred dollars because I sent my items back but haven’t got a refund and they won’t answer my emails. You have to pay for your own shipping back, which I did, and even then I never received a refund. This company should be shut down, so upsetting and wrong. Hopefully this saves someone else the headache and lost $.

I ordered a dress more than 2 weeks ago and still didn’t receive it. Customer service is not responding and I need this dress by December 17th. Don’t order here. Disappointed ☹️ If you see my review, my order# 170077

I changed the review scores to 3 stars ( initially 1 stars) after customer service responded and sent me back the package. The clothes quality is ok, but shipping issue and extremely slow customer service prevent me to repurchase or recommend this site. Initial review is as below: I have write so many emails and make mutiple phone call plus voicemail but no one responded me in last few days. The package has been arrived in Fedex after 15 days waiting, and now fedex advise there is no commercial invoice attached in the package and it has been on hold in Arcadia USA. I recently ordered and returned because nothing fit, when returning I indicated I wanted a refund and not store credit. When the return was processed they only sent me store credit and won’t give me a refund. I want my money back.

I love to shop in this website because the quality of the clothing is good, and the price is very nice. They often have promotion and discounts, and sometimes gift card. As a consumer, I fell happy to purchase the clothings here.

I’m pretty annoyed because it took two weeks to receive my items, I returned part of the order, and it’s been two weeks since my return package was received and I haven’t received an email about a refund or processing or anything. I just want my money back.
