Very bad quality and awful service, I returned 3 times in one package, they said that only received 2 items and didn’t return back another item money to me, I don’t recommend this company

Customer Service SCAM! I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and no answer or reply!! I have made two orders. One has been shipped very quickly-but still have not arrived. 2nd order has not even be shipped and no word from them. How do I get in contact with someone from this website. Very disappointed.

Overall my experience shopping at J.ING has been a positive one. The quality of the clothing is definitely better than that of SHEIN or Yesstyle, however some pieces are still hit or miss. For the most part, the clothing looks like what is pictured on the website. The styles are great and are based in K-fashion. Returns are not free unfortunately and refunds are processed only in store credit. Since I do like the styles of the clothing I will happily use store credit to make another purchase.

Pretty good! Much better than I thought it would be, to be honest. I bought a super cute skirt that even my roommate borrows now! The material also lasts longer than I thought—just a few loose strands out of the washer. On the other hand, I bought some joggers that were not what I expected. There are some buttons in weird places and the material is quite odd but it isn't all that bad.

I bought this brand for the first time. It is much better than I expected. It is very comfortable and beautiful in kind! I have repurchased two more items, but the mailing time is a bit long, but it is still acceptable

I received everything I ordered and I love it. Perfect size and it looks perfect with my new sneakers. I'm in love with this company. Will definitely buy from J.ING again.

I've made a few purchases from J.ING now, and have been fairly happy with my items so far. Their designs are very unique, and fits the kind of style that I've been looking for. The material of J.ING's clothing are of decent quality, and would say 90% of the time looks like what's advertised in the pictures (for the items I got at least). Tracking and packaging was good with no damage to the items received. There were a few items that did not meet my expectations for quality in terms of the stitching/seam work, especially when these defects were on the pricier items so would expect better quality control. Another frustration for me was the size guides provided for each item. I am on the taller side (170cm), with a slightly larger chest frame so I always refer to the size guides to get a better fit. However, the guide was sometimes not accurate enough, and I ended up ordering items that were either too tight or too loose for my body. Side note, many of J.ING's shirts have sleeves that are <60cm long, which at my height, the cuffs run shorter that my wrist. So quite a few pieces I ended up not purchasing because the sleeve lengths wouldn't suit my arms despite the rest of the garment being perfectly fine measurements. So keep in mind their clothing is generally fit for smaller frames, but there are still plenty of other pieces that can fit us taller ladies! Since I'm an international customer I am not entitled to pre-paid labels, so I have to ship back my items at my own expense which is a downside for me. Customer services was quite prompt with replies and had offered solutions to resolve my issues so that was nice of them. I agree with others that shipping takes quite a while, especially with pre-order items (know that their estimated in-stock dates are never accurate). There were many occasions where after purchasing, some items were automatically refunded due to inventory error and was no longer available. Was quite unfortunate as some were pieces I was really looking forward to. However, overall experience with J.ING has been positive, and their pieces are very flattering when fitted correctly. Would definitely be purchasing from them again in the future, and hopefully they will offer some form of pre-paid labels returns soon for us international customers.
