I love these pants as a great staple for work! They hit perfectly on the ankle, pockets are a good size and fit great through the thigh and booty.

I’ve been shopping from J.ing for a while now and even though their shipping takes time, the wait is worth it as the clothing is beautiful and the material is perfect quality. I’ve been seeing their instagram comments recently and it’s filled with people calling them scammers and how people haven’t received their parcels; I thought I would buy from them again to see if their service has gone downhill but my package came on time and is lovely as always. Such a shame that not everybody is getting the same experience as I with J.ing. I hope this dilemma with some customers gets sorted soon because they are a good company from my experience.

I got this cute sweater I don’t think the website is a scam

It's a hit or miss. For some items, I can't believe how affordable they are for the quality and I'm super satisfied, and for others they obviously appear as low quality and I end up returning. I always order in bulk to find those gems. I've always been able to receive a refund on my returns but getting it takes a very long time.

I bought items from this company before, shipping sometimes takes longer, but overall, the cloth are very cute and generally in good quality. I also returned items, and did get my refund. But that was a few months before. Now I can never trust this company anymore. I made an order on Sep 5th, and after a few weeks, I emailed the customer service, my first email was responded say" the pre-order items are taking longer". After that, no response AT ALL. Now it's been almost 2 months, and they still haven't shipped my order, nor respond to my emails. I don't know what happened to this company, since I paid with gift card from my last return, I cannot cancel my order or get a refund. 11/7/2022 Update: Two days after I wrote this review and contacted customer service again, my order was shipped. And 10 days later, TODAY I got my order!!! I'm just so happy with their cloth, they're SO cute and in very good quality. Not like those fast fashion items. For this reason, with the price tag, I will definitely buy again. May not be soon though. :)

I used to shop there and I had great experience with the clothes that I bought. I got a lot of compliments about my style. I made another other late last month and didn't hear from them again. I suspect there might be something custom issues. I tried to contact customer service more than 10 times and nobody responded, which is big frustration. I guess I will just wait for the issue to be resolved. I am not in a hurry to get the order at all actually. As long as they can finally ship the items I purchased.

The products so far are good but I got some problems with the return. Can someone help me with that?
