Received order and immediately sent an email asking for return instructions. No reply. Sent another email a few days later. Still no reply. Sent two FB messages today - STILL NO REPLY. Sham company - do not buy from!

Are you able to leave less than 1 star? I have emailed numerous times, messaged on Facebook and instagram and called and gotten no response. I would like to either receive my order at this point or just cancel. No one can respond to anything. I am not seeing the problem with this. I placed an order over a month ago. This is fully a Sam at this point.

Shameless scam website! I need to return my order but they just don't provide any return instructions/address. They keep asking me if I want to receive store credit even though I sent them 3 emails telling no. It's been two weeks since I first sent email requesting return. Still no return address. They never answer the customer service phone number. Do not buy from them!!! I would call the bank to dispute the transaction if no reply in three days.

Very disappointed in JING. I first ordered from this site in early 2020 and received my order within a week and a half. A week and a half turned into 2, then 3, then 4, and now never. I submitted my most recent order on September 17th and have received zero updates. Like many others, I have left them numerous unanswered emails. My lawyer is currently drafting a demand letter. Sad to take legal action against a company I used to love, but I cannot stand thievery and an irresponsible business model.

SCAM! SCAM! Stay away from this website, my order status is always in awaiting shipment after I placed on Sep 20, and there’s no response whatever email or voicemail. Don’t deal with this website. UPDATED : I sent at least 5 emails to your customer service from a week ago, and I also left multiple messages on your voicemail and wechat, unfortunately there’s no reply from above, PLEASE stop lying, I hope credit card companies will end relationship with JING to prevent scams.

Items returned but no refund was ever received. Customer service disappeared after. (RMA# UFZTB4AW) I ordered a second time (#283250) while waiting for my refund to post (they tell you refunds will post 18 days after items are received on their end) -- BIG FAT MISTAKE. Second round items never came. I reached out multiple times but customer service refuses to respond. If you leave a negative review for this company, it will prompt some generic response like "contact our support email" to seem like they are being helpful, but don't buy it. No one will ever respond. Until someone reaches out to me directly, I will continue to speak poorly about this company to others.
